August 11th, Kickin’ and Pickin’

Two-piece band with a HUGE sound! Kyle kicking’ away on the foot-drums, guitar & harp while Danjo picks along on banjo & pedal-steel. Energetic live performance, full of fun covers & originals. Perfect bar band / for small venues that want quality music!

August 12th The Spirit -A Tribute to the Wood Brothers

The spirit of The Wood Brothers runs deep in the Midwest. “The Spirit” is a band that is looking to celebrate and spread their music. The collaboration consists of members of the Midwest bands Brainchild and The Easy Riders.

August 15th The Official Michael Franti Afterparty with Unity The Band

Unity… Band is an award-winning original roots reggae group based in Wisconsin. Their intense touring schedule of varied venues around the Midwest has honed an interactive outdoor stage show with positive party vibes and the knack for drawing club crowds into the irie groove.

August 17th Dance Monkey Dance (Doug Dicharry, formerly of The Ben Miller Band)

“Dance, Monkey, Dance!” was formed out of the necessity to create. Doug Dicharry spent years honing his chops in a successful international touring band, but needed to get back to his roots and rediscover his love for playing music. Even while becoming a talented multi-instrumentalist (drums, trombone, trumpet, mandolin, washboard, spoons), he decided to pick up the guitar and has been obsessively writing songs since.

August 18th Brainchild

Brainchild is a band that combines the feeling of jazz & soul with the intensity of shredding guitar solos. Their growing list of original songs combined with a diverse selection of covers are a perfect blend of many styles of music. The best way to describe the sound is Brainchild.

August 19th Asbury Fox 

Asbury Fox is an indie folk-rock group from Peoria, IL. Their influences include The Beatles, Wilco, Neil Young, M. Ward, Bob Dylan, Gillian Welch, Sufjan Stevens, Beach House, Death Cab For Cutie, tax returns, stack overflows, Khoury’s Cuisine, and Flannery O’Connor.

August 26th Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment Proudly Present: Grass is Dead

The Grass Is Dead Performs Bluegrass Versions of the Grateful Dead & Related Music Since 1998

August 31st (Thursday) Illinois Central Jazz Train 7pm – 10 pm

The Jazz Train was started by Larry Harms in 2005 and continues to this day to create some of the most interesting Big Band jazz in Central IL. The Jazz Train is the artist in Residence group at IL Central College and the members include a diverse range of musicians from the entire central IL area.

September 8th Easy Riders “Mountains in the Moon” CD Release Party

Blues/Rock band – Commanding Guitar Slide playing & Vintage styles from early rock & roll & hall of fame blues to Jerry Garcia. Music for the Soul!

September 15th West Duffy and Mace Hathaway Acoustic Show

West Duffy is a mandolin player from the local bluegrass band still shine. Mace Hathaway is the former guitarist of the acclaimed bluegrass band the Dirty River Ramblers. 

September 16th Dexter O’neal and the Funkyard

A high energy funk band from Peoria, Illinois playing everything from George Clinton to Al Green to Stevie Wonder and everything in between. Dexter Oneal and the Funkyard are a staple of the local music scene. 

September 22nd Have Your Cake – The Ultimate Cake Tribute Band 

Hailing from the Quad Cities, Have Your Cakes spot on covers will blow your mind! They have even had the honor of playing with the originals themselves!

September 23rd Jay Goldberg Events and Entertainment Present: The Ghost of Paul Revere

Born on the banks of the Saco River, brothers in all but name, the Ghost of Paul Revere is Maine’s holler-folk band. A powerful, energetic, non-traditional American folk band that’s renowned for harmony fueled, heart-pounding performances full of songs with unique identities that remain undeniably the Ghost of Paul Revere.

PhanieRae & The Soul Shakers are a beautiful mix of many genres, PhanieRae will melt you down and make your hips move with her unique beautiful voice.
